Are you new to using coupons or are you an old hand ???
There's many ways to gather and store coupons. You can collect the coupons from the newspapers or print them on-line. They are just about EVERYWHERE ! You can clip out only the ones you need and discard the rest. I clip the ones I use the most and place the rest of the inserts in a file box. They are there if I need more of the same coupon or to donate to the military families. I also share with family and friends.
*****DID YOU KNOW ???*****
Target has coupons on line that you can print out and use (along with Manufacturers coupon/only 1 of each) Web site for coupons. www.target.com Once you are on the home (main page) look to the far right. There's a spot that reads "see more". Place the cursor over and you will see additional things to choose from. The word coupons is toward the top and it's on the left side.

Meijers has coupons on line that you can print out and use (along with Manufacturers coupon/ only 1 of each) Web site for coupons and more. www.meijermealbox.com It also has tips. Do you have a special diet ?? (Gluten Free or Diabetes) They have recipes also and much more. Check it out.
They are not all the same
Did you know that not all coupons are the same ??? There's different coupons in different newspapers, sometimes. EX : Observer has certain one and then the Detroit Free Press may have different ones.
#1 Clipping coupons takes your time but it can be well worth it in the end. You need to set aside some time and figure out what works best for you. What type of coupon person are you ?? Do you use coupons for a few items ?? or are you middle of the road ?? Maybe you are the Varsity Shopper ?? You could recruit your family members or get together with some friends and make it a gathering.
#2 Figure out if you want to clip out only the coupons you will be using and discarding the rest of the insert (if you are clipping from the newspaper inserts). You might clip some coupons and have a filing system to save the rest of the inserts. (make sure to write the release date on the front of the insert/it makes it easier to locate). Don't forget to log onto some different web site and print out those additional coupons. Another great place to check for coupons and deals is the product web site. I've heard of people buying several copies of the newspaper, just for the coupons. You might even find coupons on the packaging on the product. Coupons are just about EVERYWHERE !
#3 Filing your coupons. There's many different ways to file those money saving coupons. You can do it the simple way by using a simple coupon file or go all out and have a binder with plastic inserts. Figure out what's going to work for you and go for it.
#4 There's many different web sites that help you find great deals. They help you figure out what store has an item on sale and if there's a coupon available for that item. Wow...you not only get it on sale but there's a coupon. You can really save some $$ if you combine some of these deals. (make sure to check out how deals work at your local store). You can get some items really cheap (if not FREE sometimes). There's a few stores that have coupons on their web sites. A couple of them will except those coupons and the Manufacturers coupons (check to see if your store does this or not).
#5 Go thru and make your shopping list (make sure to check the ads and if there's coupons available).
#6 Keep track of prices. You could log prices on items you normally purchase and see what store has the best price. Keep in mind how often you visit the store and the location. You don't want to spend more money making extra trips. Don't pay full price when you can wait for the sale.
